A simple model to look at the 5 systems that run your business. This applies to both clients/customers and to your employees.


Each system feeds into the next and you should make sure there is a cohesiveness in that flow.


Think through your processes in each system and make sure they are maximizing what they are supposed to do.


What is your current client education system? What can you do to make it simpler? More accurate?


Retention is one of the most important and overlooked aspects in business - what processes have you scripted out that will improve retention numbers for your clients? For your employees?


If your business is struggling, find the piece of the machine that needs to be worked on and start tinkering.
